Fork of Choropleth Map
This choropleth map colors countries by economic classification using a categorical color scale derived from World Bank data in the world-atlas TopoJSON dataset. It renders with d3.geoNaturalEarth1 projection and d3.geoPath, displaying a color legend built with custom SVG circle and text elements. Pan and zoom interactions are enabled via d3.zoom, while hover states highlight countries in red. The map loads data through d3.tsv and d3.json, merging ISO country codes with feature attributes.
