Fork of Smiley Face Part II
A forked smiley face renders across the full browser window using React and SVG. The code computes the canvas dimensions from `window.innerWidth` and `window.innerHeight`, centering the face dynamically. It draws a yellow circle with a black stroke, two eye circles, and a mouth, with all positions and radii defined as constants. The rendering uses ReactDOM to mount the SVG directly into the page's root element, with a commented-out static SVG version in the HTML.
