Fork of Let's Make a Face Part II

This example shows a static smiley face built from SVG circles—a yellow head with black stroke, two eyes, and room for a mouth—rendered at a fixed 960-by-500 viewport. The page loads React 17 via UMD and logs the imported React object to the console, though no React components are actually rendered. The SVG elements are written directly in the HTML body, with a commented note suggesting how to position features relative to the center and stroke width, indicating a manual layout approach rather than computed data binding.

Smiley Face Part I

A yellow circle with two smaller black circles forms a partial smiley face, missing its mouth. The composition is static SVG, drawn directly in the markup of a React-based HTML file. The outer circle uses inline presentation attributes for its fill, stroke, and stroke-width, while the two eyes are positioned absolutely relative to the viewport. React and ReactDOM are imported, though no dynamic components or interaction are visible in this initial part.
