A yellow smiley face is drawn as an SVG, composed of a circle for the head, two smaller circles for eyes, and a D3 arc path for the mouth. The face is rendered with React elements, using D3’s `arc` function to generate the mouth path. Red line elements are added as hair on both sides of the head. The code loads React and D3 from CDNs and renders the fixed-width SVG, with a click listener on the root element that logs coordinates to the console.
