Smiley Part 1
A smiley face rendered with React and SVG, composed of a yellow circle for the head, two black eye circles, and an arc-shaped mouth. The components are modular, with BackgroundCircle, Eyes, and Mouth each receiving props for dimensions. The mouth uses the d3.arc() API to generate a half-circle path. The SVG is centered using a transformed group element, with all positioning driven by constants for the center, eye offsets, and radius values.
