This map of the UK’s 2016 EU referendum results color-codes each parliamentary constituency by whether it voted Leave or Remain. A diverging color scale is applied to the percentage margin, with blue and red representing Remain and Leave votes respectively. The map shows the result for every constituency in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, combining data from @geotheory with Northern Ireland results and shapes added by @almccon. Built using D3 and TopoJSON, the visualization uses a light gray base map with colored constituencies and relies on an SVG rendering for crisp, scalable display.
