A dynamic bubble chart visualizes sample data for Nigerian mines production, with seven bubbles colored by category and sized by a radius value. Animated every three seconds, the chart cycles through adding a new bubble, updating an existing one's properties, and removing the last bubble. Built with d3.v3, it uses a custom bubble chart module with d3.layout.force for collision detection and positioning, and d3.scale.sqrt for radius scaling. Randomly assigned colors come from a d3.scale.category20 palette, and hover tooltips display the bubble's name and radius.
