This example demonstrates a pie chart that animates between states using custom easing. The chart initially renders with six data values, then performs a folding animation where the slices collapse, followed by an unfolding animation that restores them. Built with D3 v4 and the viz.js extension, the visualization uses the `viz.pie()` API to generate SVG pie slices and applies a bounce easing effect via `d3.easeBounceOut` over a 1.5-second duration. The pie chart is drawn entirely as SVG within a 960x500 viewport.
