This visualization shows the average time, in days, that candidates spend at each stage of the hiring process across seven teams, with each colored bar representing a distinct step. A toggle button switches between viewing elapsed days per stage and the number of candidates at that stage. Built with D3.js version 3.5.5, the SVG chart uses a categorical color scale and animates the bar transitions when toggling. The data is embedded directly in the JavaScript, and the code is forked from a block by jonsadka.
