HPV vaccination coverage among U.S. youth

Since 2006, the HPV vaccination has been recommended for young girls. In 2011, young males were included in the recommendation. An estimated 37.6 percent of 13 to 17 year-old females received the full dose, whereas, males of the same age group was 13.9 percent.
