1. Clone the seed / boilerplate repo 
  you can add a flag to rename the seed reop git clone -0 <choosename> ssh:....
  
2. cd into this repo

3. git remote rm origin (get rid of it's git remote) 
  -OR- 
  rm -rf .git (to remove the entire git history)
  
4. Create a new repo for your new project on Github.
  ** If the "seed" repo has a ReadMe file DO NOT Initialize this repository with a README,
     If the "seed" repo DOES NOT have a ReadMe file then you can Initialize this repository with a README
     
5. In the "seed" repo that you removed the origin, after you have a new repo run,
  git remote add origin ssh://git@github.com/user/new_proj.git (you can grab this from your new repo)
  
6. git add . && git commit -m "starter code"

7. git push origin master

8 You're set to start developing on top of the starter seed code.
