This visualization assesses the habitat suitability of the Pediocactus peeblesianus cactus across Northern Arizona. It maps a raster surface of potential habitats derived from environmental inputs including elevation, slope, aspect, and precipitation. The analysis filters field observation data via Pandas and statistical calculations, then renders the resulting suitability surface using WebGL within a Vue framework. The code processes the dataset with Python’s NumPy and SciPy libraries before visualization.
