This example displays a movie family tree as a vertical hierarchy from countries to movies to directors to cast members. Using D3.js v7, the visualization encodes each entity type with distinct SVG shapes—rectangles for countries, circles for movie titles, triangles for directors, and diamonds for cast. The code constructs the hierarchy via `d3.stratify()` and renders it with `d3.tree()`, drawing curved links with `d3.linkVertical()`. Data consists of five hand-coded movies with their associated personnel.
