This example shows the change in customer counts from 2000 to 2010 using a thick steelblue line plotted over a band scale. The visualization uses D3.js v7 to load CSV data, create linear and band scales, and render SVG axes and a line path generated with `d3.line()`. The code constructs the chart by selecting a container div, appending an SVG group, and drawing the path with x-coordinates offset by half the band width. The data comes from an inline CSV file with year and customers columns.
