This example displays a choropleth-free map of the United States, coloring each state blue with dark gray borders and labeling every state with its name. It uses D3 v4’s `geoAlbersUsa` projection and `geoPath` to render the geographic shapes from TopoJSON data loaded from the us-atlas repository. State boundaries come from the `states-10m.json` file, processed via the `feature` method from topojson-client, with labels positioned at each state’s centroid.
