This interactive scatter plot from the Iris dataset visualizes three flower species as colored circles on an SVG canvas. Users select any of four numeric attributes for the X and Y axes via dropdown menus, with the species class encoded by a categorical color scale (orange, teal, and purple). Rendered in React with D3.js scaleLinear and scaleOrdinal, the plot updates the axes and marks automatically, and hovering over a point reveals its precise X value via an SVG title tooltip.
