This interactive scatter plot visualizes country demographics, plotting population against economic, health, and internet-usage metrics from a CSV dataset. The visualization cycles through three x-axis variables—GDP, life expectancy, and internet users—every two seconds, creating an animated comparison of development indicators. Built with a reusable D3.js scatter plot module, the SVG chart uses `scaleLinear`, `axisLeft`, and `axisBottom` APIs to render axes and circles that update dynamically. The code employs the `join` pattern for idempotent updates, and the animation is driven by `setInterval` in the main script, which loads data via `d3.csv` and appends axis labels dynamically.
