This example shows a static smiley face composed of three SVG circles: a yellow face with a black outline and two black eyes. The code uses React 17 via a UMD build and renders the shapes directly in an SVG element with explicit coordinates for each circle’s center and radius. No smile or other features are drawn. The page is a bare HTML setup with inline CSS to remove margins and hide overflow, and the SVG is sized at 960 by 500 pixels.
