A grid of eighteen smiley faces, each with randomized facial features, is rendered in SVG. The project uses React components to compose a face from a yellow background circle, two black eyes, and a mouth path. The mouth is drawn with a d3.arc generator using randomized inner and outer radii. All facial dimensions, including eye offset and radius, are generated with d3.range and Math.random.
