No axes or labels are rendered, making the chart deliberately minimalistic. The React component uses `useState` and `useEffect` to load and parse the CSV via `d3.csv`, then renders SVG `<rect>` elements positioned with `d3.scaleBand` and `d3.scaleLinear`. While loading, a large "Loading..." text is displayed using a `<pre>` element.
