A bubble chart displays automobile attributes from a CSV dataset, plotting each car as a circle. The visualization uses D3.js v7 to load the data with `d3.csv` and render SVG elements. Currently, the code only loads and logs the data, so the chart itself is not yet drawn. The dataset includes columns for model, miles per gallon, cylinders, horsepower, and origin, which could be mapped to bubble position and size in a future implementation.
