This example displays a map of India, rendered by extracting the country’s geometry from the World Atlas TopoJSON dataset. The map uses a Mercator projection, fitted to the viewport size with `d3.geoMercator().fitSize()`, and is drawn as an SVG path generated by `d3.geoPath`. The code loads geographic data via `d3.json()` and processes the TopoJSON features with the `topojson-client` library. The resulting visualization presents India as a single outlined shape on a blank canvas, with no additional styling or interactivity.
