Circle size encodes average age across the population. The code uses d3.csv to load the data, d3.scaleLinear for all three axes, and d3.axisBottom and d3.axisLeft for the chart’s gridlines and labels. A dropdown menu, built with a custom dropdownMenu function, is also included in the interface. The visualization renders as SVG circles with a steelblue fill and white stroke.
