This example demonstrates a simple animated landscape composed of SVG shapes, including a gradient-filled sky, a moving circle representing the sun or moon, and two layered landmasses. The scene uses SVG `<rect>`, `<circle>`, and `<path>` elements alongside `<radialGradient>` and `<linearGradient>` definitions. Animation is driven by SVG's native `<animate>` elements, which cycle color changes for the sky gradient and vertical movement for the circle. The code relies solely on standard SVG and HTML APIs, with no external JavaScript libraries.

Fork of Exercise 1: SVG Fundamentals

An animated SVG landscape depicts a sunrise-to-sunset cycle over layered terrain. The code uses a `<radialGradient>` sky backdrop and two `<linearGradient>` landmasses, with `animate` tags on gradient stops and a `circle` element to move the sun vertically over 15 seconds. The scene renders entirely in SVG, with paths defining the curved hills and a repeating timeline for the color and position transitions.

Fork of Exercise 1: SVG Fundamentals

This example presents an animated landscape with a sun and layered terrain, all rendered as a single SVG graphic. The scene depicts a day-night cycle through a sky gradient and land gradients that transition colors, while the sun moves down and up again. The visualization is built entirely with SVG fundamentals, using `<svg>` elements, `<radialGradient>` and `<linearGradient>` definitions, and `<path>` shapes for the landscape. Animations are driven by SVG's native `<animate>` element, which modifies the sun's vertical position and the gradient stop colors over a 15-second loop. The data source is the embedded SVG code itself, with no external data files.

Fork of Exercise 1: SVG Fundamentals

This example shows an animated sunset landscape with a gradient sky, a glowing sun, and two layers of rolling hills. The scene conveys a rhythmic day-to-night transition through the sky’s shifting colors and the sun’s vertical movement. It is built using raw SVG elements—including `rect`, `circle`, and `path`—with fill gradients defined in `<defs>`. The animation relies on inline SVG `<animate>` elements, which change the sun’s `cy` coordinate and alter gradient stop colors over time, producing a pulsating, cyclical visual effect without any JavaScript libraries.

Fork of Exercise 1: SVG Fundamentals

This example shows an animated sunrise and sunset scene with a gradient sky, a moving sun, and two layered landscapes. The SVG rendering uses native SMIL animations within the markup, including `<animate>` elements that cycle the sun’s vertical position and animate color stops of radial and linear gradients. The code defines three gradients (`sky-gradient`, `land1-gradient`, `land2-gradient`) and applies them to a rectangle and two path shapes. No external libraries are used; the visualization relies purely on SVG fundamentals and CSS styling for layout.

Fork of Exercise 1: SVG Fundamentals

A self-contained SVG scene depicts a stylized sunrise and sunset over layered terrain, using only HTML, CSS, and native SVG elements without JavaScript libraries. The code applies animated radial and linear gradients to color the sky and two overlapping landscape paths, while a circle animates its vertical position to simulate the sun descending and rising. The animation repeats indefinitely over 15 seconds, cycling the sky and land gradient stops between aliceblue and steelblue. This example demonstrates fundamental SVG animation techniques through the `<animate>` element and gradient definitions, with no external data or rendering frameworks.

Fork of Exercise 1: SVG Fundamentals

An animated SVG landscape depicts a stylized sunrise and sunset cycle over rolling hills. The visualization uses a radial gradient for the sky and linear gradients for two landscape layers, all defined within SVG `defs` tags. The sun, a simple circle, moves vertically via an SVG `<animate>` element, while the gradient colors transition to simulate the shifting light. This example demonstrates fundamental SVG animation and gradient techniques without any external libraries.

Fork of Exercise 1: SVG Fundamentals

This animated SVG scene depicts a surreal landscape with a gradient sky and layered terrain. The visualization uses native SVG elements, including radial and linear gradients for the sky and landmasses, and a circle that moves vertically to represent the sun. The code employs SVG animation features, specifically the `animate` attribute for color cycling and the circle's `cy` property, to create a slow, looping cycle. It is a static HTML page with embedded SVG, styled by a minimal CSS file, and serves as a fundamental exercise in vector graphics.

Fork of Exercise 1: SVG Fundamentals

This example renders an animated sunrise and sunset scene using SVG. A radial gradient sky backdrop shifts from aliceblue to indigo, while a circle representing the sun moves vertically via SVG `<animate>` elements. Two layered landscape paths use linear gradients that also transition colors, creating a day-to-night cycle. The visualization relies solely on native SVG animation and gradient APIs, with no JavaScript libraries or data sources involved.
