This visualization, titled "5 Buddhas," presents a grid of overlapping diamond-shaped polygons in a field of randomly distributed points, rendered as an SVG via React. The composition layers 20×20 points per side, with each point drawn as a rotated square and colored using bright, randomly generated RGB values against a black background. At the center, a detailed golden Buddha silhouette is overlaid, creating a striking contrast with the colorful geometric noise. The piece explores the tension between algorithmic chaos and sacred geometry, where the random placement and vivid colors of the diamonds surround and highlight the meditative figure. The work is a remix of prior "Buddha in colors" examples, iterating on the generative use of React's mapping to create a visually dense, vibrant field punctuated by a central recognizable form.

5 Buddhas

This visualization, titled “5 Buddhas,” uses a React and SVG pipeline to render an abstract, generative Buddhist-inspired composition. A black background hosts a tightly packed grid of 20x20x20 overlapping diamond polygons, each colored with semi-random RGB values and rotated, creating a shimmering, kaleidoscopic field. Superimposed on this patterned canvas is a central, gold-toned Buddha figure, drawn as a detailed SVG path, which anchors the chaotic geometry with its calm, iconic silhouette.

5 Buddhas

The visualization presents a 20x20x20 grid of small diamond-shaped polygons, rendered in vibrant, random colors and rotated at 45 degrees, creating a dense, shimmering field of geometric noise. A single large Buddha silhouette, drawn from an intricate SVG path, is centered and scaled prominently over the chaotic backdrop. The composition juxtaposes the ordered, generative pattern of the 8,000 semi-transparent diamonds with a singular, stable iconic figure, inviting viewers to contrast the random, mathematical dispersion against the deliberate, recognizable form.

5 Buddhas

5 Buddhas is a generative visualization that arranges thousands of small rotated polygons in a five-by-five grid, with each cell repeating the same noisy, abstract pattern to form a larger symmetrical mosaic. The SVG is rendered with React, using nested array maps to create hundreds of semi-transparent triangles whose positions, sizes, and colors are randomly computed — producing a vibrant, kaleidoscopic effect. Overlaid at the center is a single orange Buddhist figure in profile, drawn from path data, which anchors the chaotic color field with a recognizable silhouette. The piece merges algorithmic noise with a sacred icon, creating a tension between chance and intention.

5 Buddhas

This visualization presents "5 Buddhas," a vibrant and overlapping composition built with React and rendered as SVG. The artwork layers five distinct Buddha silhouettes, each constructed from a dense arrangement of semitransparent, randomly colored polygons that create a mosaic-like texture. The polygons are generated procedurally using nested array maps, with their positions, colors, and rotations determined by pseudo-random calculations based on array indices. The background is black, and each Buddha shape is rendered with rotated, semi-opaque polygons in bright, varied hues, producing a glowing, kaleidoscopic effect. The piece merges computational randomness with the iconographic stability of the Buddha form, creating a hypnotic, meditative visual. The code demonstrates a creative use of React and SVG for generative art, where the deterministic random seed ensures the intricate, layered patterns remain consistent across renders.

5 Buddhas

This visualization renders five overlapping Buddha-like geometric forms composed of small rotated polygons, each generated from nested iterations over an array. The SVG is built with React, using semi-transparent, randomly colored diamonds positioned and rotated in a loose grid. Dark background and heavy layering create a dense, jewel-toned mandala effect, referencing Buddhist iconography through abstract, computational means.

5 Buddhas

This visualization, rendered with React and SVG, presents a generative, kaleidoscopic mandala of five overlapping Buddha-like forms. The piece layers thousands of randomly generated, semi-transparent polygons in a dense, radial arrangement. Each polygon’s position, color, and rotation are derived from a grid of numeric values (A) via randomized calculations, producing a vibrant, chaotic interplay of translucent shapes over a black background. A central, meticulously detailed Buddha silhouette anchors the composition, while the surrounding generative geometry creates a sense of depth and infinite repetition. The work blends structured iconography with algorithmic randomness, resulting in a visually rich and contemplative piece.

5 Buddhas

This visualization renders five semi-transparent, rainbow-colored Buddha silhouettes in a diamond grid against a black background. Each Buddha is drawn as an SVG path, layered and rotated at 45-degree angles, with overlapping semi-transparent polygons creating a kaleidoscopic, generative color effect. Built with React and rendered as SVG, the piece uses deterministic pseudorandom point generation and opacity layering to give the repeated sacred forms a luminous, abstract quality. The title plays on the five iterations of the figure displayed across the canvas.

5 Buddhas

The 5 Buddhas visualization displays a dense, seemingly random field of diamond-shaped polygons rendered in vibrant colors against a black background, alongside a single detailed Buddha figure composed of complex SVG paths. The piece uses React components to map over nested arrays and generate hundreds of polygons, each with randomized coordinates, fill colors, and rotations. The SVG includes a large, ornate path representing the Buddha, scaled and positioned via transforms, while the surrounding polygons are created using custom JavaScript calculations and the built-in `Math.random` function. The code leverages ReactDOM to mount the visualization into the DOM, with styling defined in the HTML file.
