It constructs an array of 21 depth levels, then maps that array three times deep to spawn thousands of overlapping circles. Each circle’s position, fill color, and opacity are randomly determined via JavaScript’s `Math.random()`, while the central Buddha path is drawn from a static SVG `d` attribute. The result is a chaotic, colorful pointillist texture surrounding a dark, meditative central form.
