This bar chart displays the distribution of genres among the IMDb Top 250 movies, counting each genre assigned to a film (including multi-genre entries) and sorting the results descending by frequency. The visualization uses D3 v7 scales (`scaleBand`, `scaleLinear`) and axes (`axisBottom`, `axisLeft`) within a React component, with data loaded from a local `data.csv` file. Bars are colored with a gradient from a Seaborn-inspired palette, and the chart includes rotated x-axis labels and a bold title.
