This example reproduces a Sol LeWitt-inspired geometric composition using D3.js. It renders two overlapping sets of thin horizontal and vertical striped rectangles, each partially masked by alternating black-and-white bands containing D3’s built-in symbol shapes. The masks, created with `scaleBand` and the `symbol` API, invert their fill patterns to generate intersecting visual textures. The SVG output fills the browser viewport, with the drawing derived entirely from procedural code rather than external data.
