This example displays a map of Argentina with its departments and provinces, colored blue on an orange sphere background. The visualization uses a Transverse Mercator projection via `d3.geoTransverseMercator` and renders geographic features with `d3.geoPath`. It loads department boundaries from a GitHub-hosted TopoJSON file, converts them with TopoJSON’s `feature` method, and enables interactive pan and zoom through `d3.zoom`. Hovering over a department turns it maroon and reveals its name and province in a tooltip.
